I look at rotoworld daily for baseball updates on players... for those that use both, is it worth paying the fee to rotowire for their information. Is it better/faster than the free rotoworld info?

I don't use rotoworld often, but they seem to be pretty timely, when I bother to look. The benefit of rotowire comes from better analysis of issues, injuries, playing time, as well as their in-depth coverage of minor-leaguers and good, reasonably accurate projections for production.

I am paying for rotowire...and don't find its player updates to be any faster/better than Rotoworld. Just one example from last year that sticks in my mind -- the news that Baez was going to be closing for Cleveland, of considerable interest to those needing saves, was up on rotoworld and rototimes a couple of hours before it appeared on rotowire. If rotowire was your only sourse, Baez was gone by the time you went to the waiver wire.

Tom E. Boy:
FWIW, I prefer them especially for baseball as I found their projected starters (P) updated often and accurately. There other draft tools (auction prices and player projections) are alos helpful to supplement your own analysis. It's worth the the price.
Also, if you put Dave Hall / Guru down as a referal when you sign up, he gets a $10 fee and he will mark that as your "donation" to this site. You will become a Patron and thus be invited to some of Guru's Patron division games, etc... Plus, you will be supporting a great site that remains free due to donations!

I pay for rotowire...mainly use it for their projected starters. They have the best format and best projections that I have been able to find.
