- Gave Amy 5 points for her ringside activity during the opening promo. It was probably iffy for her to earn them but nobody has her so who cares.

- Gave Joy 2 points for being at Big Show's side for the backstage promo. Her being at his side is sort of advancing their storyline... and besides, nobody has her, so once again, who cares.

Hey Farn - just wanted to give you a pat on the back and say thank you very much for doing so much of the scoring. I'm sure I speak for everybody when I say it's appreciated, and your colorful format and witty editorials add even more fun! ;-)

But seriously.....thanks dude!

I think i have an idea why smackdown sucks so much, I mean besides for the fact that it is just that bad.

Look at the point totals from RAW and Smackdown each week. Raw usually has around 100 more total points then smackdown. What does this mean, more matches and less BS with JBL and company. That is just my opinion.

Agreed, thanks, Farn.

Wiggs I've noticed that, too. Raw definitely gets more people involved in wrestling matches. Smackdown gets more people involved in vignettes.

Note that this is a change from the way it used to be. It wasn't that long ago when the first 15-25 min of every Raw show was HHH rambling on in the ring. And even tho the story lines have alwas been more stupid on SD, we could always count on more that one very good match with Angle, Benoit, Lesnar, RVD, Eddie or Mysterio. SD actually used to be the show with better talent!

I still think they have better talent, or atleast equal talent. They just dont know how to use it. If the rosters switched Raw would still be better imo. Who could argue with stars like
Show
Angle
Eddie
Rey
RVD
Booker
UT
Cena

then 2nd tier guys like
Haas
Jindrak
Dupree
Reigns
Kenzo

just to name a few.

Farn,
Ditto what Species said.
Even though we don't all speak up all the time, really do appreciate all you do.
And everybody else (MITH) that makes this league what it is.

Hey, S&S would have been posted this morning but I have a glitch to fix. Going out for dinner and drinks tonight, so I might not get to it until tomorrow.

Hear! Hear! to Farn, MITH, Wiggs and any other for their fine assistance in tabulating the weekly points and presenting them in such a colorful, easy-to-read format.

Perhaps the biggest advantage that Raw has over Smackdown is that, for the most part, it is a live show. I suppose on Smackdown it'd be a little easier for a superstar to mess up, realizing that in editing, all mistakes can be easily erased.

However, it still all comes down to writing and execution. Without good storylines and wrestlers to execute them, all is pretty much for naught.

I would like to thank everyone too. I always feel bad trading cause I made everything so damn confusing for MITH and I find myself constantly apologizing and he has been actually encouraging it anyway! Hell, I am in dead last all season and I am so active its amazing! I just love this league.

Great One....The person in last place SHOULD always be the most active shouldn't they? LOL

Seriously, I think trading (or at least talking about it) is one of the great joys of any fantasy league. I certainly am grateful for anyone to give me the time of day to talk trade and I figure you are too.
