Orlando wins the US title from Cena, could this be a move to allow cena to beat JBL? |

I think it only makes sense. Probably not as likely but I could see WWE keeping the belt on JBL through Wrestlemania and giving it to Cena at the next PPV or even on TV a week or two after WM, just to keep an element of surprise to it. I think most fans have been expecting Cena to be the next champ since well before the Rumble.

Just wondering......is there any financial rewards given to any of the superstars for winning a title (any title) or defending said title? I suspect not but stranger things have happened. Thought that perhaps it could be written into their contract or whatnot.

I emailed this to wiggs earlier, might as well be on the record for when it actually occurs. -- I can flat out guarantee that this sets up an Orlando turn on JBL which helps Cena win the title at Wrestlemania. Orlando would fit in a lot better as Cena's running mate for sure. That would be a good duo. You can see Orlando getting a bit aggravated with JBL lately like Batista did with HHH... and watch for a couple comments that JBL makes this week which may tip this off.

When I see a WM card I always try to figure out how WWE will "balance" the card -- can't have every face win, can't have every heel win. I also think that there is sometimes a "balance" between how many heel champs and face champs they have.....
Thus, if people here are predicting a Cena win at WM, does that infer a HHH rip-off win over Batista on the other side? My guess is yes, and they drag the HHH/Batista angle a little further before considering a belt change.

I hate it when Raw and Smackdown do the same thing at the same time. I doubt Orlando turns on JBL just yet. This is probably just a way to make JBL and his cronies look better, kind of like when Flair and Batista won the tag titles.
The good guys can indeed win both main events at Wrestlemania. See last year for an example of this. I really don't see HHH winning because that wouldn't fit so well with "Evolution." What I really don't get is why they are making HHH so scared of Batista. Why would we cheer for Batista if he's not the underdog of some sort? They always do it with Hunter, and it really takes away from feuds that are otherwise very interesting.

I agree, but that's the character they have built. They prefer to have a greater amount of his prowess based on his being willing and cunning enough to cheat, instead of billing him as the monster that he used to be. I don't see why it wouldn't work if it was two cocksure guys who are mutually confident that they will tear the other guy apart.
JBL was more confident that he would beat Big Show than HHH has been of any of his opponents in recent memory.
