Last blurb I read was that there was indeed some reshuffle, even if minor, going to occur on 4/18 RAW. With that in mind, how about having Keepers to wiggs by 3pm ET on Tuesday the 19th? Draft starting Thursday 12pm ET-ish?

If keepers are due tuesday at 3pm why start the draft Thursday night? Its a slow draft. Lets start it as soon as the order is determined.
If wiggs or MITH or whoever usually puts the order together can do it quickly we can get started immediately.
I know most people hate to use up their weekend online so waiting til thursday might not be a great move.

Doesn't matter to me....was only thinking of those who wanted time to digest the keepers and make their draft lists.

3pm Tues seems kind of arbitrary to me. Why not make it Tuesday night at midnight and Wiggs can get the draft order worked out at some point on Wednesday and post the keepers in the Season V Draft Thread as soon as he is ready.
I have a complete scoring history graph all worked out already (updated version of this). When Wiggs posts the draft thread, I'll indicate all the keepers in the new scoring history graph and post that as the discussion thread and people can start drafting and discussing right away.

there will be no draft on Monday. Smackdown is being taped before Raw goes live so obviously they can't have a draft.
That should help everyone decide on their keepers by Monday night/Tuesday morning.
Maybe have an 8pm deadline Tuesday? That allows people to work all day, still have time to get their keepers in if they feel the need to wait until Tuesday evening, and even give wiggs a chance to tally results if he has time Tuesday night?
(btw wiggs, I can probably help if you won't have time.)
