Gentlemen - RAW is coming close to me in the near future. I'm interested in getting GREAT seats - it's almost like - if I can't be "ringside", I don't wanna go.
How does it go, generally? Is it first come, first serve if you just have one of those "ringside" tickets? Or do they usually sell actual seats. I assume the latter, but I'm just curious.
Would anyone have any recommendations if I am able to get 'ringide?' Should I get near the entrance ramp side? etc. etc.
I've been to 2 WWF events in the 80's, but that's it....curious as to how it is these days. |

I got upper deck tickets at Madison Square Garden the second day they were on sale. Sometimes there is a pre-sale with a password you can find on rumor sites but I bet that was because it was such a big show.
Entrance side ramp it good - OR figure out which side the camera will be behind you (surely they should know this) because then they will usually be facing/addressing you.
Make sure if you are on the floor its not anything but say first or second row - cause then you can't hardly see anything. I would rather be in the stadium seating on the sides then instead of the flat ground with half the people standing etc in front of me... its difficult to see the actual ring then too.
Anyway, I am guessing if you call the minute they go on sale you should be able to get ringside. Not really sure how much though.

I was three rows deep ringside (not camera side) for RAW in Richmond a few years back, they definitely sell seats. My friend was able to get the tickets by being first in line at a Ticketmaster outlet that actually was in a grocery store. Try to find an unsual outlet like that and be first in line.
I would actually recommend trying to get the noncamera side, unless you want to be on TV, because it gets annoying with everyone trying to get their signs on TV everytime the camera pans over them. Learned that at Smackdown when we had seats behind the announcer table, missed half the show because of those stupid signs.

I agree Courtney.
But you are on the right track. Posting here will definately fix the problem. For instance, did you know Tree actually works at Ticketmaster? Or that Mike D works in the WWE front office?
Its just a matter of time before fellow fans like you get those front row seats.
