i think Mike D is cheating. I have no idea how but that's my opinion.
All in favor of stripping him of first place and making him finish last by default?

2 things.
If Bischoff doesn't want Cena so bad and has all this authority - why didn't he just strip him of the belt and fire him in the first place. Or why doesn't he just make himself the referee in these matches if they need to go through the formality of losing it. I know I know... willing suspension of disbelief.
And why can't we do the same to Mike? lets just strip him of his title and put him last! only problem is then he would draft whichever guy he loses and then he has Cena AND Batista for next season and we have no hope. So I guess we gotta let him win this one afterall :)

Was curious as to who drafted well and who drafted a bunch of busts, so I peeked back at the Season V draft.
wiggs gets the steal of the year with Viscera at 2.10 - Viscera is ranked 22nd YTD.
Mike D gets the free agent of the year with Animal ranking 24th overall.
GO drafted Hurricane at 3.03 (25th overall) and Farn got Rosey at 4.05 (26th overall).
Davairi still ranks 29th and was drafted at 2.02 while Snitsky's recent 'surge' has pushed him to 30th (although that's likely to go up a few notches with subsequent activity) after being drafted 2.07.
Melina ranks as the next highest free agent at #32
Paul London (sorry Tree, and he DOES deserve a better fate!) is the biggest "bust", being drafted 1.9 but ranking 42nd in the YTD standings.
Considering 40 "Superstars" are kept each year, it's interesting that so many non-keepers are in the top 30 overall -- especially since the top 10 conceivably are everyone's #1 guy from the previous year, with certain strategic exceptions.

I traded Hurricane and Kane for Hassan... that was a killer. Hassan was about to be fighting Batista at Summerslam til everything went down with the terrorist horror... Whether Kane disappeared or not I'd still have him for next season. Just a killer.
And then right before that Mike and I almost pulled the trigger on Hassan for Big Show to balance out the RAW/SD on both our squads. I decided to wait and got burned that way too lol...
I think Animal was the difference maker this season. No doubt. Mike would be right there with the rest of us had he not come along at exactly the right time. Certainly a coup on Mike's part. Move of the year.
I also regret Angle/Masters for Batista during the draft, so neither of my 2 for 1's really worked out.

It's only fair, because I was a long time LOD fan, even back to their (gasp) AWA days. Yup, only fair. ;)

How about Cena and Batista deadlocked at 745. Thats odd.
I thought they HAD to finish tied in order for him to retain... otherwise it was that provision we put in where the leading scorer of the league is lost - and THEN we take the leading remaining scorer off of each squad :)

Is that how we knocked wiggs down? I can't remember.
