Funny I have been trying to write this message for the last 30 minutes of RAW, cause I didn't want to make it political. (Why am I worried about politics in a wrestling forum???)
So screw it....
RAW is Afghanistan has been awesome. I love these shows, because it really shows how much the WWE cares. I'm not old enough to have seen the old USO shows but at least somebody is doing the same now. Is there somebody else right now going over and showing any love to OUR troops?
BTW who can't salute when Lilian sings the National Anthem? ; ) |

With all of the crap McMahon gets for his business tactics and generally lewd programming.......I doubt there is a soul who would doubt the sincerity of his support for the United States troops. It was definitely cool to see the guys and gals so touched by their interactions as much as the troops were by their support.
Kudos to WWE.

HHH was just on Regis, and it went really well. He gave props to Cena (before saying he wants the title back, lol). They showed footage of the trip----and he mentioned it is being shown again tomorrow night. I guess that's the highlight show........

yea, the USO is thre all the time.
i think the most recent tour had Al Franken, Mark Wills, and the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. other recent folks to tour the gulf region with the USO include Rich Little, Wayne Newton, Jessica Simpson, and Drowning Pool.
