Kev, initial roster for opening week posted April 21. Transaction May 26 where you dropped an active wrestler in a waiver transaction. You've had 5 active wrestlers since then.
Randy Orton now has 206 points, and 0 are for your team.
Please come to the boards and post your updated roster----actives/bench-----preferably in a roster thread for the week. Thanks. |

here's the problem: if we choose to take control of his team and change his lineup he effectively forfeits any chance to manage next season. So we'd automatically be looking for a new manager as well.
I can't imagine this is a case of internet being out or some serious issue. Kev has always disappeared for long stretches (although never as long as this).

I think he needs at least 10 days from the date of this "Attn" post before whacking him from the league. Yeah he has likely been ignoring his team for months out of apathy, but on the flip side he could legitimately be on vacation or something at the time we're kind of starting this "ultimatum" process.
But I doubt any of us would disagree that if we don't get a response that Kev needs to go sleep with the fishes.

i'm not proposing taking control of his team. his place in the standings won't change much. at the most, he'll move up one spot with good management.
i'm proposing that we give him 10 days from this ATTN post, then give him the boot.
heck, i'm proposing we give him the boot anyway.

Ditto 10 days and then act. Would say that we just let the team run on it's own until the end of the season.

The Orton thing has me ticked. That affects the standings, and in turn, draft picks. wiggs has earned the right to be last (lol), but isn't......

If his team does become the Expos... then I would not be against retroactively setting the lineup with Orton at least and "doing the right thing" because Wiggs is getting screwed there... just my 2 cents.
Or we could also look the other way if Wiggs were to bench his scorers in a gentlemens aggrement.

wait, I thought draft position was based on points you should have accumulated, not points you did accumulate? Obviously where you finish in the standings factors in too but "kev's" keepers will be strong enough to have him ahead of wiggs anyway.
Either way, at this point I'm all for doing whatever we have to do make sure the guy who deserves the #1 pick gets it.

the 1 pick goes by finish and keeper points, so if he finishs last and has low keeper points he will be 1.

i'd like to see how things play out, and make a decision at the end of the season regarding Wigg's draft order.
i do believe there's a reasonable possibility one of his guys will win a Tag Title shortly, but we'll wait and see.
depending on how things go, i think that come season's end, we may need to proclaim an extraordinary situation, and award Wiggs the top draft pick...
umm, and myself the second pick.

Agreed.
Proposed actions:
Add Randy Orton's total points to kev's team total.
Insert into his lineup, effective Week 14, Mick Foley while benching Chris Masters.

I definitely agree with Orton's points. Week 14 move is fine by me also, though not as huge a deal to me.

In favor.
I also think we should begin looking for a manager so they can get their hands on a the squad before the season ends and get their feet wet a bit.

I added Orton's points in for week 13. He had a 241 point week (lol). Orton is now active for week 14, as is Foley (over Masters). I am now scoring week 14.........
