Interesting RAW. WTF does putting Lashley on RAW do for him?!?? Booker, Lashley and Kennedy to RAW?!? Wow. WTF did Smackdown get?!? Geez is SD getting screwed or what? I know they 'got' Edge, but losing Benoit and Booker? Geeeeeeeeeeez

Smackdown did take a hit ... but I really thought ECW was going to get some love from this (I thought this was created because they needed help) and they seemed to lose in the deal also.
Lashley and Snitsky gone, they get Benoit and Boogeyman. Pretty even but I still say slightly in the negative for ECW. Especially when they NEEDED help. Yes, I know it's only an hour show... but who is Benoit going to wrestle? Cor Von & Burke? I guess.
Supplemental draft might be interesting?
McMahon died! heh.

I'm sure Tree is dreaming of Punk vs. Burke vs. Beniot... in a Triple Threat for the ECW Title at the PPV. I know I would buy a PPV just for that.
Beniot for Lashley is an upgrade in terms of being able to work with the rest of the roster. He can fued with these young guys and make them stars just like he did with MVP. He was an ECW original so that helps his credibility and he can fit that "wrestling machine" role that they originally wanted to do with Angle.
Now I bet in this supplemental draft tomorrow they move some more young talent over there (Doane?)... maybe some cruiserweights etc.

That's a really good point. Lashley works kind of stiff so a guy like Benoit can show these young guys how to work. It should be just what Burke needs to take things to that next level - I really like him and think he can be a star. He's charismatic and has a good look without being a roid freak.

I love the idea of Benoit being on ECW...and I am salivating over the potential matches against Punk, Burke, Cor Von, etc...
Benoit will take the same sense of mentoring that he brought to the MVP feud to the guys in ECW and if they allow it through the supplemental draft, ECW could be a tremendous hour of actual IN-RING wrestling.
Were you guys stunned about the Vince deal?
