Reminder -- Tribute to Troops not counted. And I think it even perfectly airs after our season so its a non-issue.

Is the end of season PPV claiming period considered a week unto itself? Meaning could I have claimed someone on Tuesday and still put a claim in for the PPV 4pm claiming cycle as well?

You get one pickup between last week's roster and the start of the PPV. The early processing is just to finalize anything submitted less than 24 hours before the PPV due to the early deadline.
