For those that are interested, here is the W-L records of all Smackdown participants based upon the following criteria:

1.) This is for the time period of 1/1/03-6/30/03.
2.) Only Smackdown and PPV single match results are used.
3.) Wins/losses are determined solely by pinfall, submission or gimmick match result (ladder, flag, etc.)
4.) DQ's are not counted.
5.) Sorry, only the men's results are applicable.

Participant and Record (based upon total wins)
1. John Cena 11-4
2. Brock Lesnar 10-1
3. Chris Benoit 9-6
4. Undertaker 7-1
5. Rey Mysterio 7-5
6. Matt Hardy 7-9
7. Kurt Angle 6-1
8. Eddie Guerrero 6-5
9. Shawn O'Haire 4-0
10. Billy Kidman 4-2
11. Big Show 4-3
* Bill DeMott 4-3
13. Rikishi 4-8
14. Brian Kendrick 3-3
15. Nunzio 3-4
* Shelton Benjamin 3-4
17. Billy Gunn 2-0
18. Charlie Haas 2-4
19. Nathan Jones 1-0
* Ultimo Dragon 1-0
21. Mr. America 1-1
22. Edge 1-2
* Chavo Guerrero 1-2
* Tajiri 1-2
25. Chuck Palumbo 1-3
* Rhyno 1-3
27. A-Train 1-6
28. B2 0-1
* Paul Heyman 0-1
* Hulk Hogan 0-1
* Orlando Jordan 0-1
* Kanyon 0-1
* Mr. McMahon 0-1
* Roddy Piper 0-1
35. Crash Holly 0-2
* Johnny Stamboli 0-2
37. Funaki 0-3
38. Shannon Moore 0-6
39. Jamie Noble 0-7

Thoughts: Cena with more single wins than anybody else? Sort of surprising. Having Benoit lose six times is mind-numbing. Moore and Noble are nothing more than fodder for other talent. Moore I could somewhat understand but Noble too??? Hmmm.
Also seeing Version 1 with the most losses is interesting but since he wrestles all over the board and gets others over, he is simply irreplaceable to WWE.

I'll give the Raw YTD results tommorrow.

Pretty cool, Onlooker. Thanks!

Good point about Hardy....a dependable, hard worker for the company.

Thanks Onlooker.

Any interest in leading one of our vacant teams for Season 2?

I think we only have one vacancy, but no one has come foward to request it.

Cena leading in wins does not surprise me. That guy works. One of WWE's best assets, IMO. I find that Matt Hardy is 7-9 as much more surprising He defended the Cruiser belt pretty often and seemd to win an awful lot before taking it. Also surprising to see Rey Mysterio with 5 losses. Remember that Probably half of those Benoit losses came against Angle. Benoit never wrestles against jobbers. It's always Angle, Los Guerreros, Benjamin/Haas, etc.

Farn....Not interested at this time but maybe later. Got a lot on my table sotospeak.

MITH....good points about Benoit. He definitely is one of the best if not THE best technical wrestlers out there. Why he hasn't captured the title by now is beyond me.

Also, when looking at these records, injuries are not always obvious. For instance, Angle, perhaps, would be leading by now but he was out for 2 months or so.

Good work here too Onlooker. Off the bat what I see is that as much as Undertaker does for the locker room, he sure doesn't lose many single matches does he?

I do want to mention a few remarks about Lesnar. We all know that he came in the WWF/E and took it by storm. (no pun intended) He's obviously a main event talent but in five or ten years, won't everybody be tired of him?

Lesnar has quite a ways to go before people get tired of him Bond. As good as an athlete as he is, I suspect with a little more acting experience and good mic work, he'll be even bigger in people's eyes in the not-so-near future.
Because of his relative inexperience, as of now, Brock makes a much better face than he does a heel.

As far as 'Taker is concerned, he probably can do almost anything he wants---as long as it doesn't include Sara. He's earned the respect of WWE personnel, the people and the locker room. However, if he lasts more than 2 years, I'll be very surprised.
