I'd like to propose the idea of hidden waivers. You put your claim somewhere and if no one else makes the claim you keep your waiver position. If someone does, then you lose it. I recommend a neutral party, perhaps CDNDan or someone who is active but not in our league.
Or better yet, we could get someone a little more web savvy like KKB to do it on his site.

Love the idea. Might be just as easy as e-mailing someone who ie behind you in the waiver priority with your claim. They can't trump you. If you are #12, that wouldn't be possible.

hmmmm...interesting idea....i see pros and cons about it....but overall, i think the pros outweight the cons...
and heck, we oughta get KKB and his site involved...take this league to the big-time! ;o)
