The first group wasn't a scheduled match of any kind, so I don't think that would be a no contest. Coach did the interview with Snow at his side. JR then came down and punched him. Lawler stood around.

didnt they say that it was a match and if JR and Lawler lost they lost their jobs? maybe i misunderstood.

oh, my fault, so do we just take off 5 from each? I still think all 5 got involved right? JR hit Coach and Lawler hit Al Snow.

I think they all get 5---Coach and Snow for the in ring vignette and JR and Lawler for the run in.

agreeing with Mike D.

this is why I wait until Rajah posts results. Easier to follow and you can just read it slowly and make sure you don't miss anything. Sometimes its hard to keep up with it live, especially with MNF sucking in your attention. :)

MNF does indeed suck tonight. Most boring game I've seen since.....since.....yesterday's Indy/Cleveland game.

Mike D, your post in 5 and mine in 4 agree with each other. you just said they all get 5 and i said take 5 away from my 10. All 4 get 7 points though because Lawler and JR announced and Coach and Snow had a backstage vignette.

Also RVD, Rico and Steve Richards each get 15 points for a pinfall loss, not 18.

Would there be no main event points for anyone last night? Legit question, as the last "match" wasn't even a match, and the alleged main event was the opener.

Well, from the pov of someone who didn't have a participant in either match, I'd give main event points to Evolution and Goldberg. Tradditionally, the last match is the main event, unless it is established as otherwise, and even though the more hyped (and more entertaining) match was the opener, I never heard it described as the main event.

i'd have to second MITH on post 15....RVD/Kane was not the main event. Goldberg/Orton vs. HHH/Flair was the main event.

-He then came out to talk about Unforgiven and announce that there would be secret partners in the Goldberg/HHH match.
-Then backstage when HHH threatened him
-Then backstage with Snow, Coach & Gail Kim.
-Then (live from) backstage again while Shane was on via satellite. (gave 5 points for that one)
-Then on the ramp at the start of the Goldberg/Evolution match.
