2 proposals. The second one is contingent on the first one passing.
1. Lets start enforcing a lineup posting deadline. Up until now, we've been very lenient regarding this issue without incident, but at this point it seems to me that we need some clear directions to adhere to.
Some might prefer to abstain from the second proposal if they vote 'No' on the first one, since any specific rules are basically moot if we opt to ignore them. But if the first one does pass, then we'll need a decisive turnout on the second prop.
2. I propose changing the roster-post deadline to the start of the first show of the week. For Sunday PPV weeks, the lead-in show (usually Heat, but sometimes they'll run Velocity during the regularly scheduled time for Heat when the PPV is SD-exclusive). So the new deadlines would effectively be:
7:00PM est Sunday during weeks with a Sunday PPV (assuming the lead-in show starts at that time).
9:00PM est Monday during weeks when there is no Sunday PPV. - Note that the expected Tuesday PPV would be considered a 'non-PPV week' for the purposes of our deadline, since the PPV wouldn't be the first show of the week.
I'll call this Option A.
Personally, I like the luxury of not setting my roster until 8:45pm est on Monday nights during non-PPV weeks, even if I never actually do wait that long. But Tree has strongly endorsed a standard 6pm Sunday deadline for PPV and non-PPv weeks, alike. While I certainly prefer my more lenient suggestion, I will include this in the proposal as Option B.
Option C Would be to vote for no changes, effectively making midnight, Saturday night the deadline for every week. |

well i don't - and won't - have any changes, pretty much ever this season with brock on the bench...
I was just updating "no changes" to make it simpler for MITH to verify.
