- I missed the opening minute where Teddy Long announced the Lumberjack match. My guess is that he did it from backstage so I gave him 2. If it was in the ring bump that first 2 to 5.

- 5 points to Jackie and Orlando for interference

- 5 points to Orlando and JBL for their post match promo

- I gave the Dudleys, Hardcore, and RVD 5 points for interfering. Then it became a 6 man and I socred it as such. Never gave singles points to Spike or Rey. This can probably be debated.

- Bell rang to start the Heyman/Funaki match but it never really ended. Gave both No Contest points and then 5 to Heidenrich for intefering and 5 more to Cole.

- Gave Reigns the only 5 points for intefering in the Main Event. Scored the match a no contest.

- Gave Big Show 5 for his late interferance.

just out of curiousity, why do you think they shouldnt get points? Big show got 5 for whooping some ass, why shouldnt the guys that guy their asses kicked get points for it?

I just feel like they were scheduled to be part of the Lumberjack match. They did their jobs. Big Show showed up out of the blue so I gave him 5.

Like I said I go with the majority.

There have been two previous lumberjack matchs since the league's inception. In both, all lumberjacks have gotten points.

Raw from Week 13, Season II

And SD from Week 9, Season III

We also discussed the issue for that last one before it was scored.

Cena
Charlie Haas
Scotty 2 Hotty
Booker T
Doug Basham
Danny Basham
Akio
Nunzio
Stamboli
Heidenrich
Kenzo Suzuki
Rene Dupree
Mark Jindrak
Spike Dudley
Bubba Dudley
D'Von Dudley

looks good MITH.

By the way, this significantly reduces the value of Eddie vs. Kurt last night. Each of them got 10 (plus 10 for the ME) while the Lumberjacks all got 5.

Agreed, but we can't subjectively change our established rules when the results don't match up with how we might weigh the values of their appearances by discretion alone. These kinds of anomolies come up in fantasy sports all the time.

Sometimes a QB has an awesome game but his fantasy score doesn't reflect that because of two completly insignificant INTs he threw that might not have even been his fault.

A pitcher might leave a game in the 7th up 4 - 2 with two on and two outs when the reliever comes in and serves up a 3 run shot, bringing his TSN score from 90 to 25.

Or we can just look at how Orton outscored Benoit who had 2 matches at the damned PPV. ;)
