Gents,
Not sure if this is the proper way of doing things around here but here goes.
I am proposing for a full league vote (whereby I'm assuming that 7 out of 10 votes for the proposal are needed in order for the proposal to pass) the following:
3 points will be given to the first superstar that comes out from the back WITH a titantron intro/theme song playing---whether it is their's or not. This would only be for RAW and Smackdown shows. Furthermore, if it is a group that all comes out together (Evolution, Dudley Boyz, etc.) all parties will be given 3 points each.
This proposal is now up for an official league vote and/or discussion.

I recommend we clarify the above to read "first superstar that comes out from the back on TV WITH a titantron intro/theme song playing"
i.e. - there could be someone already in the ring, but they're showing a crowd shot before cutting to HHH's Titantron. i.e. "We're at sold out Staples Center, where Chris Benoit is awaiting his opponent for this WWE Heavyweight Title Bout" and they cut to HHH's entrance. HHH would get the points.

Thanks guys! Yes, "curtain-jerker" can be construed as the proper name for this proposal.
Species...my intent is for TV and for the person who comes from the back. In my opinion, anybody already in the ring is not eligible for the 3 points.
Now to the matter at hand...when can/should we adopt this proposal?
