My wife and I are seriously considering putting in a geothermal system here. We've had a couple of guys out here, have gotten some quotes and peppered everyone with many questions.

I've read that the US Senate just passed their version of H6049 which seems to allow for a tax credit of thousands of dollars for a geothermal system. Anyone know anything about this?

Especially since you are so politically active I would expect a staffer of one of your national senators will answer that for you. If not now when they need you, then later when they aren't as busy and owe you.

No real word yet, but I got a robo-reply from Arlen Spector's office about his position on alternative energy. At least it was somewhat on-topic!
