I drug my 25 lb kid around behind my bike for a 20 mile round trip to the beach yesterday, and without the pit-stop for wings and beer it would have killed me.

That guy's nothing. I went around the subdivision (1.5 miles) with my kid TWICE yesterday and once today. :)
