I think we worked it out last year that yahoo would take care of waivers, but don't recall the details.
Anybody?

That's fine with me -- I just thought that I remember emailing the requests to someone, because of waiver priority??? and then once they were "approved", we then put-in on Yahoo. But maybe that was 2 years ago...........

yea, we did that a couple years.
last year Yahoo instituted a real waiver system that actually worked,

I think the odds are much more in favor of me going 0-3. Tillman needs 2.5 pts.
And look at my bench the last two weeks.

Randy Moss to the Vikes for a third rounder. Guess my Vincent Jackson won't be catching Favre passes.
The rest of the league should veto.

ugh. lost by 0.12 points!?!?!? i've got a higher PF than 3 of the top 6 teams!?!! ugh...
that .12 could make the difference on me making the playoffs, because if i win that game, i'm in the top 6...

as it currently stands, i will miss out on the playoffs due to a 3.84 point loss tonight, combined with B7 pulling out a 3.41 win.
that is going to really annoy me, especially since i had been on such a hot streak, winning 6 of the last 7 prior to this week.
it was literally the perfect storm of events to keep me from making the playoffs, as i was in THIRD place heading into this last week.
But Baldwin, Boikin, MBJ, and B7 all appear to have won, and that combination with me losing, will have me on the outside looking in.
un-freaking-believable.

Yeah, it was back and forth between me and B7, but the man who picked up McLovin at the last minute deserves the victory.

Hard to believe, but I feel Tree's pain. That cut-off line for the playoffs in fantasy football is just brutal and unfair. I feel a little sheepish limping into the playoffs with my QB, Schaub, barely functional and with my best player Chris Johnson, hamstrung without a QB or passing game to share the defensive pressure. And that low cumulative points for.
But we've already tried the fair way, straight cumulative fantasy points, and we were all snoozing by the end of the year so maybe that brutal playoff cutoff is just one more brutal crazy ball bounce we really like about football.

Wow. I quit watching because I thought I was eliminated, even if I won. 15 minutes before the deadline, I dropped McFadden - 5 points, picked up McLoven - 9.5 points. I later beat bili by 3.5 points. Also had to get a DB off waivers, he scored 11 points, Roman Harper. Pure luck.
Congrats to all who made the playoffs and Taxman for being the regular season champion.

Very tuff break for B7. Rogers disappears and then leaves playing a surprising Det. team.
I'm hoping Bal doesn't make Schaub disappear. I'm playing Knox in a 55 mph blizzard wind. What do you think, B7?
