Booker 2+2+2+5 = 11 Sharmell 2+2+5+5 =14 Teddy Long 2 Benoit 2 + 18 = 20 JBL 10 Matt Hardy, Version 1.0 18 Orlando Jordan 2 Super Crazy 25 Psichosis 25 James Dick 12 Chad Dick 12 Randy Orton 2 = 10 = 12 Melina 5 Funaki 5 Kid Kash 5 Bobby Lashley 18 Sylvan 10 Batista 2+10+12 = 24 Rey Mysterio 10+12 = 22 Joey Mercury 10+25+25 = 60 Johnny Nitro 10+25+25 = 60 Mark Henry 5
Notes: Boogeyman didn't do nuttin' but walk out. While he indirectly made JBL leave, he didn't really interfere, IMO. JBL grabbed Jillian and put her in front of him, getting some worms thrown on her for her trouble, but I didn't give her "interference" points for that either.
Booker and Sharmell 5 for guest announcing, Sharmell another 5 for interference. |

boogeyman gets appearance points for sure. He threw worms on jillian meaning he did something.

BTW - as with Farn, I'll put my thoughts in the notes section to put it up for debate, because stuff like that is certainly open to interpretation.
So is that a vignette? Here's from the scoring matrix:
TV Show in-ring vignette: +5 TV Show run-in/interference: +5 TV Show backstage interview/vignette: +2 (more than just being there as the camera pans through)
I don't think it qualifies as interference.
He never entered the ring.
Count it as +2 maybe? Thoughts?

Species, I wish you had seen the Raw thread so you would have seen I scored Smackdown already. I sent it to Mike D for him to tweak the spreadsheet and post it.
That said, Boogeyman gets 5.

To compare to other situations.....
- There have been dozens of times where a wrestler will appear on the ramp to distract another wrestler in the ring. If that distraction leads to an advantage by the opposing wrestler, typically the wrestler on the ramp would get 5 for 'interference' whether they touched him or not.
I believe we clearly defined interference to mean an action towards one wrestler - be it physical or not - that causes one wrestler to gain an advantage over the wrestler who was 'interfered'.
- Conversely, if a feuding wrestler just walks out to the ramp and stares down the guy in the ring, and the guy in the ring still squashes the guy they are wrestling and no advantage was gained, I don't believe we've awarded appearance points.
The argument could be made that Hardy got an 'advantage' because Boogeyman's entrance down the ramp scared off JBL, giving Hardy the DQ win. Thoughts?
