Clarification for the new guy...
I apologize for not researching more thoroughly, but what are the rules (a quick summary will suffice) of Roster setting? If we don't send anything, do you just go by what our roster was last week? Is it appropriate that I should send in my roster every single week even if I don't change anything? (Which is no problem at all) However, I also don't want to post for no reason if you just run the same continuous lineup unless someone specifies a change. Let me know.

If you don't post, it stays the same. It is easier for me if you don't post the same start/bench if there are no changes.
If you make a waiver claim, and don't post an updated roster that week, you run the risk of having 5 active wrestlers, if the one you dropped from your team was active the last time you posted a roster.
